Aaron’s Acres – Spring Community Service Partner

Aaron's Acres volunteer community service

For the 2nd quarter of 2014, LYP has chosen the Aaron’s Acres as our Community Service partner.

Since 1998, Aaron’s Acres continues to provide children and young adults with disabilities ages 5-21 social and recreational programs to promote age-appropriate socialization and communication skills. Although established in Lancaster County, the organization expanded into Berks and Dauphin Counties with summer camp, monthly school-year programs, and resources for family support.

For the next three months, we will be collecting items currently listed on their wish list. Items are listed below. Our goal is to collect 60 items by the end of June – but we need your help!  So when you’re out running some errands throw a few more things into your cart and bring them to the next LYP event. Items can be given to anyone at the event check-in table or any LYP board member.
