Why join LYP?

There are many reasons to join. Here are our top 5 in no particular order:

  • Network. In LYP, you’ll make professional contact with many of Lancaster’s current and future leaders. Lifelong business relationships have been established and are made here every day.
  • Learn. LYP regularly holds educational seminars on a wide variety of topics to help strengthen your personal and professional skills.
  • Give back. Through LYP you can make a difference in the community and discover new opportunities by becoming involved in a variety of nonprofit organizations.
  • Have fun. LYP social events range from karaoke to baseball games to happy hour, all great ways to get to know your new friends and colleagues.
  • Save money. Your LYP membership card gives you discounts on dozens of Lancaster County businesses, from restaurants to the Barnstormers to massage therapy and more.

How to Join

LYP membership is open to anyone over the age of 21, and dues are only $35 a year. You can submit your dues by:

  1. Joining online via PayPal (button below),
  2. Mailing a check to Lancaster Young Professionals, PO Box 7273, Lancaster PA 17604-7273, or
  3. Attending an LYP event and giving a check to a board member.

Please make checks payable to Lancaster Young Professionals. Membership dues are nonrefundable and help support LYP's continuing operations, social events and charitable activities.
