9 out of 10 people who suffer cardiac arrest outside the hospital die. In most of those cases, bystander CPR was not performed. But we can change this.
Cardiac arrests happen at work, in homes, on athletic fields and in neighborhoods everywhere, and the readiness of our community can be the difference between life and death.
It's time to unite, take action, and save lives. Every walker who joins, every dollar donated, means more people trained in lifesaving CPR, more research and more lifesaving moments for everyone.
September Happy Hour: Our Town Brewery

Our Town is generously discounting beers from $7.50 to $5 for anyone who is registered for the event!
October Adopt-A-Block Clean Up
When: October 2, 2025

1000 N. Prince Street, Lancaster
Come on out to our October Adopt-A-Block Clean Up event!
We will meet at 1000 N. Prince street at 5:30 and work our way up towards the Barnstormers Stadium to clean up trash.
Phoenix Assistance Dog's (PAD) 2nd Annual Bark-toberfest
When: October 3, 2025
6:00 - 10:00 PM
Where:
Hillside Public House at Doneckers: 1 E Walnut St. Ephrata
PAD (the LYP Charity of the Year) is hosting their 2nd annual Bark-toberfest and we hope to see you there!
There will be raffles, brews and dogs! $2 will be donated per drink to PAD and t-shirts will be available to purchase and support PAD's mission.
