We will plan on being at the Beer Garden from 5-7 but you are welcome to stay longer!
Volunteer Event: 14th Annual Back to School Event
When: August 10, 2025
11:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Penn Medicine Park
LYP has 5 volunteer spot reserved (with the ability to get more while slots are still available) to help at the 14th Annual Back To School Event. Our group will be at the shoe station, distributing shoes to students based on the sizes they have registered for.
This event provides thousands of essential school supplies — including clothing, shoes, backpacks, and more — to students from the School District of Lancaster (SDOL), Manheim Township School District, Hempfield School District, and this year, we're thrilled to expand to the Penn Manor School District!

Come on out to our October Adopt-A-Block Clean Up event!
We will meet at 1000 N. Prince street at 5:30 and work our way up towards the Barnstormers Stadium to clean up trash.
