Volunteering with the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay

Join the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay for a joint tree planting and Project Clean Stream clean-up on April 2nd at 516 S Conestoga Drive, Lancaster, PA 17602. The event will kick off at 9 am with a tree planting along the Conestoga River; around 850 trees will be planted so many hands are needed. Shovels and any necessary tree planting supplies will be provided. There will be a break from 12-12:30 for refreshments and the trash clean-up portion of the event will begin at 12:30 and run until 2:30 pm. Gloves and trash bags will be provided. Sign up to help clean up our local waterways by planting trees and picking up trash!
